Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Developer to join our team on-site in Woodlawn, MD. The Cloud Developer will design, develop, and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Developer to join our team on-site in Woodlawn, MD. The Cloud Developer will design, develop, and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS Cloud, Amazon Connect, and programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
Responsibilities of the AWS Cloud Developer:
- Architect, build, and deploy Amazon Connect workflows and configurations, including updates to applications, forms, user interfaces, access permissions, policies, and other components to align with client needs.
- Evaluate current systems and suggest improvements or new features to optimize performance and functionality.
- Maintain and refine existing processes in response to evolving business requirements or platform upgrades.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, analyze business needs, and document technical specifications.
- Create and implement customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support operational goals.
Qualifications of the AWS Cloud Developer:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.
- 3+ years of direct experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in development using Node.js, Python, or Java for at least 3 years.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing call routing and messaging systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000/year **depending on experience**
