Responsibilities for the Remote Learning Architect include:
- Design and develop engaging learning programs that align with instructional goals and the needs of a diverse enterprise workforce
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing and interactive learning materials.
- Develop e-learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience.
- Implement best practices in instructional design and adult learning theories to create impactful learning experiences.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure the relevance and accuracy of learning content.
Qualifications for the Remote Learning Architect include:
- 7-10 years' experience in Instructional Design and adult learning principles
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
Compensation of the Remote Learning Architect includes:
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually
- Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
