MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented COMSEC Manager to join our team in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manages COMSEC material, ensuring compliance with all regulations for handling, storing, distributing, inventorying, and destroying sensitive communications security items.
- Maintains accurate records and accountability for all COMSEC transactions, conducting regular inventories and inspections to ensure material integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
- Assists with Key Management, supporting the control of cryptographic keys, including performing loading and re-keying operations under supervision.
- Supports COMSEC Account Management by helping to maintain accounts, preparing reports under senior guidance, and participating in audits.
- Provides user guidance and basic training to authorized personnel on proper COMSEC material handling and use, assists with awareness programs, and stays informed about policy updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 4+ years of experience with 2+ years of position relevant experience.
- Completion of relevant COMSEC training courses (e.g., NSA-approved custodian training).
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
