Ryan Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking Alternate Logon Token (ALT) Account Management service to enhance the security and efficiency of privileged user access process for critical systems. ALT Account Management aims to reduce reliance on traditional login credentials, offering an additional layer of protection through token-based authentication, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access sensitive resources by generating and managing secure tokens for account verification. The ALT Account Management service strengthens overall cybersecurity measures while improving user convenience and access control.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain policies and SOPs for ALT account management and privileged access.
  • Conduct access reviews and audits for all ALT accounts and privileged access.
  • Perform the lifecycle management for ALT accounts, to include creation, modification, suspension, and deletion.
  • Manage the secure onboarding and offboarding processes for all personnel requiring ALT accounts and the associated hardware/software tokens.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all ALT accounts and access permissions.
  • Manage the development, tracking, and reporting of all performance related metrics.
  • Conduct audit reviews of all active Privileged Level Access Agreements.
  • Conduct monthly & quarterly audit reviews


Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance
  • At least 5 years of related experience


DoD IAT II required certification/s ( one of the following ):

  • CCNA-Security
  • CySA+ (CSA+)
  • GICSP
  • GSEC
  • Security+ CE
  • CND
  • SSCP
