Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee a broad range of mission-critical efforts across shipboard and shore-based systems. This role will focus on program execution in the areas of Cybersecurity, Engineering Support, Engineering Logistics, Technical Documentation, RMF, and System Accreditation.
The program supports multiple classes of vessels and platforms, including surface ships, carriers, submarines, service craft, Army watercraft, Coast Guard vessels, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) platforms, Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessels, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) vessels, land-based test sites, and other DoD platforms.
The environment emphasizes continuous improvement in cybersecurity posture, integration across multiple platforms, and the implementation of the latest assessment tools, patch management practices, and secure system development processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall planning, direction, and execution of large, multi-year programs divided into multiple sub-programs and tasks.
- Define program strategy, short- and long-range objectives, and technical direction.
- Lead program organization and oversee program definition, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission priorities and secure necessary resources.
- Formulate and guide technical approaches while monitoring performance against goals.
- Establish, track, and control technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs.
- Ensure delivery of secure, resilient, and fully accredited systems across supported platforms.
- Drive integration of cybersecurity measures across diverse engineering environments to improve overall readiness.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience in program/project management.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-year programs with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Clearance:
- Active Secret Clearance required.
