We're seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting a DoD software factory. This is a remote role, although local to San Antonio, TX is desired.
Minimum Requirements:
• Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.
• IT security certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.)
• Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical degree or industry experience equivalent.
• 3-5 years demonstrated experience providing technical guidance to other engineers on automation/build tools, Version Control, CI/CD, CM, and Monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for building services in IaaS/PaaS/SaaS in Cloud environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
• Experience deploying and maintaining production workloads using one or more public cloud service providers with a strong preference for AWS or Azure.
• Experience building and maintaining automated pipelines used for CI/CD, process automation, and/or data processing tasks.
• Familiarity with Linux and scripting (Bash and Python, etc.)
• Experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) solutions using tools like Packer, Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Proven aptitude to create scripts and/or templates to automate and/or bootstrap infrastructure provisioning and management tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills and desire to work in a ‘badgeless” collaborative team environment consisting of Government clients, other Contractors, and Stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering related discipline.

• Desired Certifications include AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS).
• Be local to the San Antonio, Texas area and available for hybrid work.
