Help Desk Specialist
Agency Support: BEA – providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop, hardware, and end-user IT support.
Brief Work Description: Provides daily end-user support for BEA staff, including troubleshooting, imaging, configuration, and resolution of hardware/software issues. Supports mobile device management, printers, and conference room A/V.
Required
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2+ years IT customer service/helpdesk experience
· Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SCCM, Intune
· Strong communication skills
Preferred
· CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT
· Experience supporting federal helpdesk operations
