Agency Support: BEA, Department of Commerce – administration, integration, and modernization of BEA’s ServiceNow platform.
Brief Work Description: Will maintain and configure BEA’s ServiceNow system (Dev, Test, Prod), manage CMDB/Discovery, and implement workflows for ITSM, HR, and business processes. This role ensures platform compliance, security, and innovation in federal IT service delivery.
Required
· Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
· 7+ years ServiceNow administration/development
· Strong knowledge of CMDB, workflows, and platform integrations (Active Directory, Azure DevOps, GitHub)
· Familiarity with federal IT compliance standards
Preferred
· ServiceNow CSA/CIS/CAD certifications
· Experience developing custom applications in ServiceNow
· Previous work in federal IT service management
