Job Title: PeopleSoft Federal Financials Consultant
Role: Federal Financial Management Functional Lead – Record-to-Report
Location: Washington, DC
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Record-to-Report (R2R) Lead to support federal financial reporting initiatives. This role involves gathering and designing custom reports to meet client-specific needs, ensuring compliance and usability across various federal entities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather reporting requirements
Design and document custom financial reports
Ensure alignment with federal compliance and reporting standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution-agnostic implementation
Provide insights into optimizing reporting workflows
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in federal financial reporting or business analysis
Proven experience designing custom reports for federal clients
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Familiarity with Oracle/PeopleSoft reporting tools is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
