Mayvin is seeking a highly skilled CBRNE Medical Support Subject Matter Expert to provide technical expertise, policy development, and capability integration in support of countering Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) threats. This position will serve as a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contractor, supporting operational elements with cutting-edge solutions to address emerging and persistent CBRNE medical challenges supporting USSOCOM at Ft. Bragg, NC.

- Develop materiel, policy, and technical solutions to combat CBRNE medical threats.
- Identify gaps in current force capabilities and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to strengthen medical counter-CBRNE efforts.
- Provide project management and advisory support to align medical research and development initiatives with operational requirements.
- Advise organizational leadership on CBRNE medical procurement, acquisition, and investment strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between operational elements and FVEY, NATO, and USSOCOM partner units.
- Support and coordinate CBRNE medical developmental training and exercises.
- Track and assess emerging CBRNE threats to support realistic training, operational planning, and capability integration.
- Monitor and evaluate technology advancements in medical counter-CBRNE capabilities to inform acquisition and fielding strategies.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in CBRNE medical support, countermeasures, or related defense/medical domains; prior military experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of USSOCOM and DoD missions, organizational structure, funding mechanisms, and operational requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, plan, implement, and support medical R&D initiatives in the CBRNE space.
- Extensive knowledge of CBRNE threats, countermeasures, and military applications.
- Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition, budgeting, and program management principles.
Education / Certificates:
- Bachelor's Degree in a medically related technical field (Master's Degree preferred).
