Overview

Tecolote Research, Inc is seeking candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills to plan, coordinate, manage, and execute Space Launch Delta 30 internal and external stakeholder engagements that include Department of Defense, Space Force, and Space Systems Command organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide C-Suite level Action Officer support to Space Launch Delta 30 leadership.
• Responsible for supporting host requirements for senior Space Force leadership, senior government officials, senior defense support contractors, and community leaders.
• Focal point for managing action items using Task Management Tool (TMT).
• Develop and coordinate event programs for Space Launch Delta 30 hosted events and stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare invitations, distribute itineraries to appropriate offices and personnel and continuously monitor the project and coordinate changes as required.

Skills Required

• A minimum seven (7) years of action officer experience to include a minimum of 3 years supporting space programs.
• Proficient in the use of M/S office applications, i.e., M/S Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom.gov, Task Management Tool (TMT), Defense Travel System (DTS), Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
• Applicant must be able to work in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of DoD and Space Force acquisition and operational organizations within the past 5 years.
• Active Secret security clearance is required (US Citizenship required).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in math, business/economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or statistics is required.
• Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000/year, DOE

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
