Blu Omega is seeking a developer with strong experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to support Department of Defense (DoD) modernization initiatives. This role involves leading high-impact assignments, applying technical expertise, and contributing to the design and delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions.
Location : Remote (Core EST hours)
Clearance: Interim Secret or Secret Clearance Required
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day execution, performance, and quality of ServiceNow IRM tasks
• Design, develop, and implement the ServiceNow IRM MVP
• Lead major work assignments and evaluate performance results
• Provide technical expertise across multiple project assignments
• Direct and mentor junior team members as needed
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• Hands-on ServiceNow IRM implementation experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• Ability to plan, lead, and deliver high-impact assignments
Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting ServiceNow IRM in risk and control management
• Familiarity with GAO Green Book and OMB A-123 Internal Control Program
• Background in development, support, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM
Certifications (Required):
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Risk and Compliance
Salary Range: $115K-$145K
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
