Overview:
Creek Technology is seeking an experienced MDM System Administrator to support DoD mobility programs, pending contract award. The MDM System Administrator will provision, manage, and maintain iOS and Android devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, act as a Purebred Agent for IdAM, and provide Tier 1 support for mobile operations.

Creek Technology is seeking an experienced MDM System Administrator to support DoD mobility programs, pending contract award. The MDM System Administrator will provision, manage, and maintain iOS and Android devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, act as a Purebred Agent for IdAM, and provide Tier 1 support for mobile operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and manage iOS and Android devices using MDM tools in support of DoD Mobility programs (DMUC, DMCC-S).
- Serve as a Purebred Agent for Identity and Access Management (IdAM).
- Provide Tier 1 support for mobile device operations and troubleshoot user issues.
- Collect and maintain data to support the mobile device lifecycle, including ST&E documentation.
- Manage Apple Business Manager enrollment and coordinate with enterprise systems.
- Ensure compliance with DoD security policies, STIGs, and enterprise IT requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize mobile device deployment and management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile device management or IT systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android device provisioning, MDM tools, and mobile security standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot, document, and resolve mobile IT issues in a DoD environment.
Required Certifications:
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., Security+)
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- CompTIA Security+.
Clearance:
- Active Secret clearance required.
