Creek Technology is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a major IT/IM support services contract, pending award. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for contract oversight and execution, ensuring all services are delivered effectively and aligned with customer mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary interface with the government customer for all contract matters.
- Oversee contract execution, ensuring performance objectives and deliverables are met.
- Designate qualified leads for specific IT/IM service areas.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports to government stakeholders.
- Attend and contribute to weekly status meetings and monthly progress reviews.
- Provide strategic planning support to optimize IT service delivery.
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in program management for DoD or federal government IT contracts.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in large, complex environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Required Certifications:
- IAM Level II (e.g., CISM, CISSP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- ITIL Foundation V3
Clearance:
- Active Secret clearance required.
