Overview:
Creek Technology is seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to provide Tier 2/3 on-site IT support, pending contract award. The Senior Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot complex technical issues, oversee junior technicians, and ensure compliance with enterprise and DoD IT standards while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Creek Technology is seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to provide Tier 2/3 on-site IT support, pending contract award. The Senior Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot complex technical issues, oversee junior technicians, and ensure compliance with enterprise and DoD IT standards while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform hardware/software installations, end-user device (EUD) provisioning, and system upgrades.
- Oversee and mentor junior technicians, providing technical guidance and workload prioritization.
- Process System Authorization Access Requests (SAARs) in accordance with enterprise policies.
- Ensure systems meet DoD STIG compliance requirements.
- Manage service tickets and requests using ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems.
- Support office relocations, IT upgrades, and special projects as required.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive help desk or IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
- Experience managing tickets in ServiceNow (or similar systems) and maintaining compliance with DoD standards.
- Ability to train, mentor, and oversee junior IT staff.
Required Certifications:
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., Security+, GSEC, SSCP).
Preferred Certifications:
- Security+.
- CompTIA A+.
- CompTIA Network+.
- ITIL Foundation.
Clearance:
- Active Secret clearance required.
