As a visionary and experienced Chief Engineer, you will lead the technical operations and engineering efforts for a large, complex system utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise in enterprise systems, IT operations, and network operations center (NOC) environments, combined with the leadership ability to direct and manage a team of 50 or more technical staff members. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of mission-critical systems.

- You have an active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ Years of Oracle System Administration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop technical staff.
You currently hold (or ability to obtain within 30 days of start of contract) the following certifications:
- Oracle EBS
- ITIL4 Practice Manager Plan, Implement, and Control (ITIL4 Practice Manager suffices this)
- CISSP or CISM
Nice to Haves :
- Deep technical knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and related technologies, including database management and middleware.
- Ability to easily communicate recommendations and issues to high-level General Officers/executives to influence decisions that support the organization's overall strategic plan
- Expertise in systems architecture, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience with USMC logistics and/or supply applications/systems
- Experience with managing multiple DevSecOps teams and CI/CD pipelines
- 3+ experience in cloud security, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Master's Degree in Systems or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
