We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Principal Project Manager (Level 3) to assist in executing key organizational strategy initiatives in support of a large Special Access Program (SAP) Security team as an individual contributor in Melbourne, FL. This role will be integral in translating strategic objectives in a dynamic and compelling way. The ideal candidate will be skilled in strategic thinking, have excellent communication skills, and possess expertise in designing high-quality presentations to convey complex information effectively. Teleworking not available for this position.

Primary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Organizational Strategy Initiatives:
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand strategic priorities and goals.
- Assist in the execution and tracking of organizational strategy initiatives.
- Provide analytical support for strategy development, including gathering and synthesizing data from various sources.
- Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks, action plans, and performance metrics.
Project Management & Coordination:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and materials are delivered on time.
- Provide support in organizing strategy meetings, workshops, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the progress of strategic initiatives and report on outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry best practices for presentation design and strategy execution.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in strategy communication and propose innovative solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field and 5 years of experience, 3 years with a Masters, 1 year with a PhD
- Must currently hold a Secret Clearance with the ability to maintain at the Secret Level
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 products with strong expertise in PowerPoint and Canva
- Experience with Atlassian tools to include: Jira, Confluence, JSM, and Assets
- Proven experience in supporting organizational strategy initiatives, business analysis, or project management
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into easily digestible visuals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, self-starter with a passion for supporting organizational success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in SharePoint
- Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools
