Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
• Experience interpreting of mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, interfaces, cables and general test equipment
• 8 years in conducting both component and system integration level testing.
• Experience to develop and deliver briefings, technical presentations, and program documentation to senior program management
• Knowledge of industry standards, including MIL-STD-461
• Prior Certified Test Conductor (CTC) or equivalent in a test engineering environment
• Experience developing and executing test and evaluation plans
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and isolate electrical failures in a production or depot environment
• Experience working failure investigation, root cause and corrective action.
• Experience working with suppliers and leading suppliers during technical issue investigation
