Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a motivated and highly qualified Strategic Support Analyst to join our dynamic team of professionals.
In this role, the Strategic Support Analyst will provide data-driven insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to support organizational decision-making and operational efficiency. The position will play a key role in researching industry trends, enhancing office processes, coordinating senior leadership schedules, and managing corporate events and communications.
This is a renewable 10-month performance-based position supporting Amazon's Project Kuiper, with primary responsibilities focused on providing strategic guidance and assistance across international and global customer groups within Amazon Kuiper.
Skills / Experience
* 10+ years of experience in event planning, market research, and business operations
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Proven ability to drive high-level decision-making and influence operational and communication strategies
* Proficiency with tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, project management software)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for leadership
* Experience with federal programs, contracting, or military operations preferred
* Partner with Amazon Kuiper Global/International teams to identify, prioritize, and track action items and tasks
* Develop and maintain detailed reports on task status, issues, and progress
* Prepare reports, decision papers, and presentations to support leadership decision-making
* Ensure traceability, clarity, and accuracy of data for leadership use
* Manage materials and briefing content for senior leadership, particularly in customer-facing engagements
* Coordinate communications and ensure smooth information flow across leadership and stakeholder groups
* Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and relevant documentation for leadership interactions
* Plan, organize, and coordinate key events including office calls, conferences, mission briefs, and distinguished guest visits
* Lead event logistics, ensuring seamless execution across multiple priorities
* Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to align efforts and resources
* Leverage prior experience in senior enlisted leadership roles or Commander's Action Group (CAG) support to anticipate leadership needs
* Operate effectively in dynamic team environments and within U.S. Government facilities
Education / Certifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Master's degree (preferred)
* Professional Military Education or equivalent preferred
