As we expand, we are seeking a driven Business Development & IT Staffing Partnerships Manager to help us secure new vendor partnerships and fuel our company’s growth.
The Role
This is a sales-focused position responsible for prospecting, soliciting, and establishing partnerships with IT companies and government contractors. The successful candidate will proactively identify opportunities, lead vendor onboarding efforts, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify IT firms, prime contractors, and system integrators with staffing needs.
Solicit and engage procurement teams, supplier diversity managers, and business leaders to pitch our staffing services.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, vendor onboarding, and partnership development.
Achieve and exceed sales and partnership targets, with a measurable impact on revenue growth.
Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Stay informed on industry trends, RFP opportunities, and competitive activity to shape sales strategy.
Qualifications
Proven success in business development, sales, or account management in IT staffing, consulting, or professional services.
Experience working with vendor registration portals, supplier diversity programs, and government contracting is highly desirable.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
