We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Systems Engineer to support the development, testing, and production of ServiceNow environments for an extensive, mission-driven Information Technology Program. This position is based in Tampa, FL, and offers the opportunity to deliver enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions in support of a high-impact federal customer.

To thrive, you should have:
• An active Top-Secret (TS) clearance, with the ability to upgrade to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 3–5 years as a ServiceNow Systems Engineer.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified System Engineer; ITIL v4 Foundation and applicable DoD 8140/8570 certification required.
• Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Jelly scripts, and RESTful APIs, plus knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, request, knowledge management).
• Solid understanding of best-practice engineering methods and ability to implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions effectively.
• Availability to travel up to 10%, including OCONUS locations.
Responsibilities as the ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert include:
• Manage and Enhance ServiceNow Platform: Perform system maintenance, upgrades, customizations, and workflow development while integrating with external systems.
• Support ITOM/ITAM Functions: Oversee discovery, service mapping, asset management, and event management to ensure accurate and efficient IT operations.
• Ensure System Stability & Database Management: Monitor performance, mitigate risks, and maintain relational databases (e.g., MariaDB) for reliable service delivery.
• Configure and Optimize ITSM/SPM Modules: Implement and support ServiceNow SPM, Agile, and ITSM processes, developing dashboards, KPIs, and reports for visibility.
• Collaborate & Train Users: Work with stakeholders to improve IT services, apply ITIL/Agile best practices, and provide end-user support and training.
