Roles and Responsibilities
- Production Planning and Oversight: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet program requirements. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with DoD standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve production methods, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to streamline operations.
- Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise to resolve technical issues during production. Collaborate with design and quality assurance teams to ensure manufacturability and adherence to specifications.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure production processes comply with DoD regulations, such as MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-810, and ISO standards. Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently has or working towards bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Air-to-Ground Missile Systems (AGMS) product office
- Knowledge of DoD standards and regulations
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and compliance
- Strong understanding of defense systems and operational requirements
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
