Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Technical Publications Project Manager (Level 2) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
In this role, you will support the F-15 technical publications organization as a project manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure the successful achievement of key milestones and deliverables.

In this role, you will support the F-15 technical publications organization as a project manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure the successful achievement of key milestones and deliverables.
Position Responsibilities
- Directs and monitors technical data development from the program level ensuring technical data is developed and delivered on schedule and in accordance with contract requirements
- Proactively engages in cost management to ensure deliverables are completed within budget
- Creates and manages risks, issues, and opportunities to include leading teams through mitigation plans
- Follows established processes to ensure technical manual data/procedures are documented and current
- Works with customers on pricing and scheduling issues
- Coordinates information related to configuration changes that impact publication data
- Performs day-to-day project management of F-15 technical publications deliverables
- Manages estimates for new efforts
- Creates presentation material to brief to internal programs and external customers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in project management
- Experience with Technical Publications, aircraft systems or technical data
- Experience in Earned Value Management
- Experience in program management
- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience
