About The Role
Peraton is seeking a Technical Specialist to support the DHA Solution Delivery Division (SDD) Clinical Support PMO (CSPMO) for assigned product lines. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise for clinical applications.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary source of technical knowledge, providing guidance to internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
- Evaluate organizational needs, determine suitable technical solutions, and ensure requirements are met.
- Contribute to the development of technical solutions, including defining software development requirements, overseeing development processes, and verifying technical documentation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and user guides, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, providing solutions and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to existing processes and solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Guiding teams toward achieving technical goals and contributing to overall business success.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with BS/BA degree. Additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to obtain ITIL4 certification.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Master's degree with 8+ years' experience. Additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
