Marathon TS is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate would perform administrative duties in a staff activity.

Marathon TS is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate would perform administrative duties in a staff activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs specialized assignments relating to typing, word processing, data entry and graphics illustration using computers with very little direction.
- Performs a variety of support services such as operation of reproduction equipment to produce large volumes of documents, courier service and mail service, etc.
- Maintains personnel and other files; prepares correspondence, schedules and coordinates travel.
- Assists in the preparation of documents and supports the development of contract deliverables and reports.
- Skilled in writing, editing, proofreading, data entry, coordinating administrative duties in a timely and professional manner.
- Performed monthly metric assessments and briefed the results to leadership.
- Recorded and delivered client-ready meeting minutes from all stakeholder engagements.
- Captured stakeholder lessons learned and created a detailed briefing to be presented to leadership.
- Led ad-hoc assignments to include building presentations, creating/maintaining status trackers, and engaging with necessary stakeholders.
- Participated in weekly communication with internal Program Leads to ensure collaboration amongst teams.
