Baer is looking for SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Consultant for a 4-month Federal Project located in Seattle, WA
.
Title: SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Consultant
Location: Hybrid - Seattle, WA
Duration: 4 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA EHS solutions tailored for A&D manufacturing.
• Lead value stream activities for a U.S. deployment of a global SAP S/4HANA design.
• Manage localization efforts for U.S. compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure integration of EHS functions with core ERP and external systems.
• Specialize in substance management, DG checks in shipping, and MSDS processes.
• Drive incident management and health/safety system adoption.
• Support environmental compliance monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• SAP EHS configuration and implementation experience.
• Proven A&D / discrete manufacturing background (non-Public Sector).
• Direct involvement in 3+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA (2019 or later).
• Experience with U.S. rollouts of a global S/4HANA template.
• Deep knowledge of SAP EHS modules: incident management, health and safety, environmental management.
• Strong technical acumen to review and contribute to functional/technical specs.
• Previous consulting experience or equivalent industry expertise.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA integrations and system upgrades.
• Understanding of sustainability frameworks within the aerospace sector.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support project deployments.
