As a Deputy Operations Manager, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of a DOD customer. You will play a crucial role in delivering reliable and scalable IT services across the organization directly supporting the mission.
• Manages multiple work center enabling the customer's mission. Provides support and guidance to the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with the customer, team, and leads to achieve the mission.
• Drive service delivery continually improving our ability to support the customer.
• Utilize full suite of technical and interpersonal skillsets to achieve
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Deputy Operations Manager must have:
• Education: Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: ITIL training
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: Customer relationship management, issue resolution, task accomplishment
