Complaint Analyst II

GDIT is searching for individuals to support the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Drug Price Negotiation Program as a Complaint Analyst II. Your work will support CMS by consistently and accurately addressing stakeholder complaints and disputes related to the Program. Our work depends on a Complaint Analyst II joining our team to support the CMS mission to conduct intake, analysis and resolution tracking of complaints related to the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.

HOW A COMPLAINT ANALYST II ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Reviews complaint and dispute data, categorizes issues, prioritizes cases based on severity, and ensures accurate documentation of each complaint's lifecycle.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to capture data necessary for analysis of complaints, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with senior team members on referrals to the investigative team.
• Uses critical thinking to understand program rules and make informed decisions related to disposition and adjudication of complaints.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA and CMS data protection requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of healthcare experience is required.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office product suite.

Desired Skills:

• Effective oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations and experience evaluating healthcare data including prescription drug claims
