This role will be 5 days a week on site in Ft, Meade MD and some CONUS travel as required by customer.

Koniag Data Solutions currently has an opening for a Senior Program Analyst (Business Intelligence and Integrated Master Scheduler) for the Defense Information System's Agency (DISA). The Analyst will develop and manage the program's Integrated Master Schedule and provide technical and operational support for developing and implementing business intelligence tools that improve data collection, analysis, and visualization. This role focuses on strengthening reporting capabilities, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and supporting process automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of the program's Integrated Master Schedule and business intelligence tools and dashboards to improve analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Collect, manage, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic planning and program management.
• Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate trends, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support process improvement and automation efforts to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of business intelligence outputs.
• Collaborate with program teams, analysts, and leadership to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging business intelligence tools and practices to recommend enhancements.
• Develops and maintains the resource/capacity-mapped Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for IT projects and the overall program, by collaborating with Project Managers to determine their critical tasks, schedules, milestones, and associate interdependencies across the program
• Creates and updates schedules on a weekly basis to reflect changes and notifies management of potential risks and opportunities
• Develops achievable master schedule critical path for project, and program milestones.
• Prepares project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control
• Conducts and facilitates weekly IMS reviews with program team
• Prepares trend analysis to identify problem areas and submits recommendations for corrective actions
• Prepares cost control, performance measurement reports, cost and schedule variance analysis reports, forecasts and studies
• Develops scheduling status reports and regular schedule deliverables, which are reviewed at Program Management meetings
• Supports development of project documentation (e.g., Project Charters, WBS(s), schedules, project cost estimates, project plans)

Requirements:
• 10+ years of related experience
• Extensive business intelligence and integrated master scheduling experience
• Demonstrates mastery of business intelligence tools and techniques, with particular emphasis on Power BI. Power Automat, Power Apps, and Tableau in Military or Government environments.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of data modeling; Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes; Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) formulas; and version control, ensuring accurate and efficient data analysis across complex organizational structures.
• Exhibits strategic expertise in integrating diverse data sources and creating interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Advanced proficiency in optimizing business intelligence system performance, implementing security protocols, troubleshooting complex data issues, developing automated processes, creating and maintaining documentation, and providing user training and support.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into effective BI solutions and working with program teams for systems integration.
• Extensive experience creating and managing integrated master schedules (IMS)
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with tools and techniques related to IMS and risk management for large-scale IT program implementation in Federal Government environments.
• Experience developing sophisticated project documentation, including charters, work breakdown structures, and cost estimates with precision and foresight.
• Experience working with classified systems and environments
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
• Proven stakeholder management and effective communication strategies with clients and senior management.
• Ability to take a conceptual discussion and build a presentation to convey the message to senior leaders.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Advanced MS Project, Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient Sharepoint, MS Teams, Excel and Outlook application skills
• Integrated Master Scheduler-related Certification
• Business Intelligence-related Certification

Education: Bachelor's Degree in data analytics, information systems, business, economics, or a related field.

Security Pre-Requisite: To be considered, must have a CURRENT/ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI access.
