Manufacturing Engineer Aerospace Subsystems

We are seeking Experienced Manufacturing Engineers with a strong background in airplane subsystems, production readiness, and delivery center flyaway operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in the efficient production and delivery of advanced aerospace platforms, including proprietary programs supporting national defense initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for airplane subsystems.
  • Ensure production readiness by identifying risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Support delivery center operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Apply data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly feasibility.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Ability to Obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance (Requires US Citizenship)
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of:
    • 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years with a master's degree
  • Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as:
    • IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, VisMockup
    • ProModel, FlexSim, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO
    • Multi-Monitor Collaborative Rooms


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers.
  • Familiarity with 3D model-based instruction.
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci).

Candidates must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
