Project Contract Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Project Contract Analyst professional supporting the Navy, you're eager to support both sides of the acquisition and contracts life cycle in your clients' missions. We're looking for someone like you to be a liaison with the government. Bring your passion for supporting pre- and post-award federal contracts and improving the processes that defend our nation.
As a Project Contract Analyst, you will be responsible for overarching contracts and program management support, administrative functions, developing high-level spend plans, overarching programmatic finan cia l management, implementation of business process improvement, developing senior-level finan cia l or logistical briefings, tracking, providing status updates, processing a wide variety of tasks to completion, identifying and correcting data errors, and providing recommended solutions. You will develop integrated master schedules and assist with budget reports, and maintain an action tracker to ensure tasks are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on time. You will provide maintenance of finan cia l trackers, participate in various meetings, and assist with the monitoring of performance, cost, and schedule impacts, coordinating across multiple programs and organizations.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience with the DoD acquisition contracts
- Experience with using Adobe Pro and Micro sof t Office products, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Program Management applications, such as cost, performance, or scheduling
- Ability to be proactive and work independently in a team environment
- Ability to develop, document, and implement new processes and brief leadership
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in working with NAVSEA
- Experience in working with various Navy Waterfront entities, including shipyards, installation teams, and regional maintenance facilities
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in a Business field
