RiVidium Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced GRC Platform Engineer / Administrator to support the administration, operations, and maintenance (O&M) of an enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform-currently RSA Archer. This role will focus on system availability, troubleshooting, data integrations, user support, and performance improvements across interconnected instances within a federal enterprise environment.
Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to:
- Administer and maintain the enterprise GRC platform and application (RSA Archer), including support for updates, configuration changes, and business-driven enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data feed integrations, notifications, system performance, and reporting.
- Support the availability and performance of the GRC system in coordination with Security, Infrastructure, and Database Administration teams.
- Manage user accounts including bulk uploads, individual provisioning, and access troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and training to GRC platform users, helping them navigate processes, terminology, and report creation.
- Assist with data imports/exports, validate field mappings, and generate reports for management and compliance use.
- Support integration of third-party applications and data with the GRC platform.
- Collaborate with Database Administrators (DBAs) to design and test database changes, optimize SQL performance, and plan for system upgrades.
- Develop upgrade strategies, including checklists, milestones, and rollback procedures.
- Participate in an on-call rotation (24/7/365) for critical support and incident response.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related IT field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in Information Security, IT system administration, or enterprise application support.
- Proficiency with RSA Archer or similar enterprise GRC platforms.
- Experience with database administration tasks such as:
- Performance tuning
- Data maintenance
- SQL optimization
- Understanding of LAN/WAN troubleshooting, throughput optimization, and system connectivity.
- Strong knowledge of federal security standards, including:
- NIST SP 80053 Rev. 5
- DISA STIGs
- CIS Controls
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (FISMA, Zero Trust).
- Experience working in federal IT environments or supporting Operating Divisions (OpDivs).
- Ability to lead and mentor junior staff and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
