Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development (BD) and Capture professional to support growth opportunities in our existing and emerging markets.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and supports BD engagement with Government customers and industry partners
- Represents the company at events, conferences, industry days, and other engagements
- Identifies and matures potential opportunities for further analysis
- Presents opportunities at each gate review to executive leadership
- Performs customer and competitor analysis
- Leads strategic capture efforts
- Drive win strategy for key opportunities and identifies actions that need to be taken to implement the capture strategy and plan
- Works across teams to develop solutions and meet client requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated analytical, reasoning, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated skills in communicating technical information to non-technical and technical customers, as well as how core technologies translate into customers' critical capabilities
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and record-keeping skills
- A high level of self-motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education Requirements:
- Must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
