Description

Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is a sub-contractor providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) Intelligence support for Operational, Functional, and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) capability development efforts. This support is provided to the Intelligence-Capability Development Integration Directorate (I-CDID), Requirements Determination Directorate (RDD) at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Support includes, determining required capabilities, performing analysis, identifying gaps, developing solutions across the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) spectrum, integrating capabilities across all warfighting functions, conducting studies and analysis, developing and integrating operational architecture, optimizing force designs, and providing capability analysis and management. The goal is to assist in the development of a combat-ready Intelligence force for the Army and Joint forces within established resources.

The Intel Research Specialist II must be able to read, write, think critically, speak clearly, and present themselves in a clear and confident manner. Additionally, individuals will possess interpersonal skills that enable them to work efficiently with senior leaders and as members of a team. The Intel Research Specialist II will develop and provide required documentation, products, and services in support of the following tasks:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct studies and analysis (S&A) of existing or proposed Intelligence formations that support decisions, reshaping, and optimizing of intelligence formations for the Army, taking into consideration near, mid-, and long-term requirements within established funding; Prepare white papers, information papers, studies, and briefings that enable informed decision-making for optimizing Intelligence capabilities for the Army
  • Work hours will include 8 hours of productive labor which must include the Core Business hours of 0900 through 1530 local time, Monday through Friday. Actual work schedule will be finalized at time of hire.


Requirements

10-20 years of ISR operational, organizational, capabilities, and cost-benefit analysis; Knowledge and experience in Studies and Analysis requirements; Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence operations, capabilities, and force design; Understanding of JCIDS processes; Experience with MS Office Suite; Possess a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance; Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
