Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Project Schedule Engineer supporting a high-priority acquisition mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.
The C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) provides enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. The division also provides technical and policy support while ensuring the C3I infrastructure supports the USAF enterprise applications critical to mission success.
Responsibilities
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Masters Degree
Years of Experience: 3+ years of relevant technical/professional experience, with at least 3 years in a DoD environment

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Communicate and coordinate IMS activities across functional disciplines within the Program Management Office (PMO).
- Deliver IMS technical products such as GANTT charts, network diagrams, and critical path analyses.
- Provide integrated schedule management technical support throughout the system acquisition process and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success.
- Support requirements development, planning activities, and performance assessments.
- Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status updates to the customer, project team, and leadership.
- Take corrective actions when necessary to achieve project milestones and outcomes.
- Apply advanced knowledge of scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project.
Qualifications
