The Deputy Site Lead supports the Site Lead in managing daily operations, administration, and logistics for MCTIS exercise delivery at Camp Lejeune, NC. This role ensures site activities run smoothly, planning milestones are met, and operations comply with contract requirements, local regulations, and Saab processes. Responsibilities include budget and resource oversight, staffing coordination, facility and vehicle management, exercise planning and execution, and maintenance of training systems.
The Deputy Site Lead provides guidance to USMC personnel on MCTIS capabilities, supports safety and security compliance, manages procurement and logistics, and contributes to process improvement initiatives. Additional duties include warehouse and equipment support, marketing representation, training and cross-skilling, performance input for team members, exercise briefings, and surge support at other USMC locations or major training events.
This position requires occasional travel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure seamless execution of training events while maintaining high standards of operational excellence and compliance.
