Work Location(s):

Job Description:
• Works under general supervision, developing the requirements of a product from inception to conclusion.
• Develops required specifications for simple to moderately complex problems.
• Coordinates with the Vendor PM, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.
• Assist Network Engineering team with equipment lifecycle planning and installation, as well as development of technical specifications for procurement of Enterprise LAN equipment
• Coordinate with the Network Engineering team for the placement and cabling of LAN equipment within the network enclave
• Development of market research for new equipment and provide recommendations to Government POC
• Provide input on LAN designs and architecture as required
• Perform lab testing of LAN equipment
• Provide knowledge transfer to the LAN government staff
• Track assigned projects, provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Government POC
• Effectively task, track, monitor and report on tickets, projects, and special assignments within their area of responsibility
Qualifications (Must Haves):
• Five (5) years of progressive LAN experience including at least two projects in technical areas included in the Statement of Work Task Area 1 Section 4.1 a. At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: IAT-II
• Computing Environment: CCSE NGX, CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, SCNA, CCSE NGX Plus NG with AI, CCMSE NG with AI, CSMSE NG with AI Plus VSX, NSA, ESE
• Must possess an active Secret clearance.
