ICS Nett, Inc. is hiring a Program Support Lead to support the DoD Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA)
Location: Quantico, VA; Hybrid Position ( 2 Day onsite a MUST and as required)
Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance is a MUST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support a team of Program Support Analysts who provide support to the Cybersecurity Division within DCSA. This group is responsible for ehte onboarding/offboarding of all contractors (200+), write technical documents such as memos and SOPs (government style), support all government Branch Chiefs with meeting minutes and reporting (weekly, monthly), maintain organizational charts for contracts and government, responsible for CATMS tasker deadlines, and support current and future OCIO organizational operations as they arise. The audience for the program support function ranges from end users through and up to SES level leadership. The workload will vary depending on the number of active projects, reporting requirements, and DCSA needs. Responsible for the compilation of all Division reports in support of the CISO. Support OCIO in developing cyber written artifacts, and/or ensuring the rigorous application of information security/cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of planning and management services are compliant.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
• At least five (5) Years- Experience managing a team in a DoD environment; cybersecurity experience a plus
• Knowledge of standard DoD practices and style, as well as industry best practices
• Experience in creating, writing, and maintaining Cybersecurity Memos/Procedures and Processes.
• Develop and maintain templates, communications, briefings, workshops, and other efforts required to successfully initiate implementation of cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience maintaining a document tracking system to provide required periodic review and updates in accordance with applicable policies and regulations
• Experience working with multiple document owners and contributors to ensure documents are reviewed and updated on schedule in a timely and efficient manner
• Experience using ServiceNow
• Liaise with internal and external partners at all levels, government, and private sector, in order to benefit the organization
• Must communicate complex technical ideas to a diverse customer base, both verbally and in written format
EDUCATION:
• Associates or Bachelor's degree (Cybersecurity, and/or Information Systems Management a plus) or equivalent related experience
CERTIFICATION(S) / CLEARANCES:
• PMP is required
• Active Secret Clearance required (minimum)

• On-site support 2 days per week is required and may vary based on work needs
