Contract Project Manager (PM)
Location: Fort George G. Meade, Maryland
Description:
HigherEchelon, Inc. seeks a highly motivated Contract Project Manager to manage and oversee contract execution for our esteemed USCYBERCOM client. The PM will ensure seamless communication across various directorates and align project outcomes with mission goals. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality assurance and program success.
This position may require up to 25% travel to other locations including but not limited to Suffolk, Virginia; Corey Station, Florida; Fort Gordon, Georgia; and San Antonio, Texas.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive management, direction, and leadership for all aspects of the contract performance.
Coordinate inter-departmental communications to support mission needs and reduce redundancies.
Ensure project alignment with Government quality assurance surveillance plans (QASP).
Develop detailed Project Management Plans (PMP), status reports, and other documentation as required.
Facilitate communications between Government and contractor teams, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Required Skills:
Proven experience aligning project tasks with strategic mission goals.
Experience with project management software and methodologies.
Expertise in coordinating large teams and engaging multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification or equivalent experience in project oversight.
Desired Skills:
Experience in complex cyber operations and project orchestration.
Familiarity with Instructional Systems Development (ISD) methodology.
Expertise in Government contracts and compliance standards.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum five years of project management experience, particularly in cyber operations.
Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligible preferred).
