Key Responsibilities:
- Associate Web Software Developer will perform full-stack development: design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement robust web applications using technologies such as C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL Server
- Collaborate with graphic designers and project team members to define and execute website concepts, user interface design, and overall site architecture
- Deploy and maintain applications on IIS web and application servers
- Research, test, and integrate new tools, frameworks, and products based on production and client requirements
- Apply strong instincts for intuitive navigation, usability, and site design to deliver user-friendly applications
- Document technical issues and resolutions within ticketing and knowledge management systems
- As an Associate Web Software Developer, you will utilize GIT or other source control tools to manage version control and ensure code quality
- Participate in code reviews, peer collaboration, and adherence to organizational best practices
- Support on-call duties as required
- High School diploma/GED + 2-4 years of relevant experience, or AA/AS degree + 2 years of experience, or BA/BS degree + 2 years of experience
- Certifications: Security+ (or equivalent IAT II certification) required prior to start
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Ability to obtain one of the following within 180 days of hire:
- CIW JavaScript Specialist
- CIW Database Design Specialist
- CIW Web Development Professional
- CIW Site Development Associate
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
