Summary

Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis and Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) development as a Maintenance Developer.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Maintenance Developer: $85k - 87k

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes the following:
  • Complete Reliability Centered Maintenance analysis.
  • Develop Maintenance Requirement Lists, Lists of Effective Pages and Maintenance Index Pages.
  • Develop Electronics Maintenance Procedure Cards ready for publication.
  • Support the CG-22 process.
  • Attend meetings and conferences.


Supervisory/Management Authority

No supervisory/ management authority.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 5 years of experience in CG electronics or DOD electronics maintenance development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Hole a current RCM Level-II Maintenance Analyst Certification by the Coast Guard or Naval Sea Systems Command.
  • Ability to obtain a CAC / NACI
  • Excellent communication skills; oral and written
  • Ability to pass a NACI background investigation and obtain a government issued Common Access Card (CAC) to access USCG IT systems and facilities.
  • Pass a drug screen and federal background check is mandatory


Work Environment
  • Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Teleworking is authorized.
