The Senior Project Administrative Assistant for the Spent Fuel Handling Project near the Naval Reactors Facility at Idaho National Lab will support the overall day-to-day administrative functions on the project. The successful candidate will perform a variety of support assignments, as this role reports directly to the SFHP Project Manager. The Senior Project Administrative Assistant assists in performing ad hoc, and structured tasks as defined by the SFHP Project Manager. The successful candidate will become familiar with NPC's Project Management and Engineering procedures to perform tasks as necessary. Ability to take meeting minutes and perform a wide variety of tasks is essential. The Senior Project Administrative Assistant will provide guidance to the other administrative assistants on the project, as well as provide coordination of actions assigned by the SFHP Project Manager to the entire Amentum team at the SFHP.

REQUIREMENTS
• USA Citizenship
• High School diploma or equivalent required,
• 5 or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Above average keyboarding skills
• Experience providing detailed meeting minutes
• Must be professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality in daily functions
• Must be able to interact with client and others in a senior level professional setting
• Must have attention to detail
• Must have a clean driving record, and ability to travel to and from the jobsite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior Senior or Executive Administrative Assistant experience is desirable
• Prior office/business management skills are a benefit
• College Degree
• Prior Project Management, HSE, Construction, Industrial or Engineering support experience preferred
• Person already living a commutable distance from the Naval Reactors Facility at INL is highly preferred
Essential Functions
Performs a variety of administrative tasks at an active Construction site located near the NRF Facility.
Ability to drive to and from the INL SFHP site on a daily basis with additional driving as a possibility.
Gathers, compiles, tracks and reports on information relevant to project assignment from multiple sources
Sets up and maintains files, refers callers, arranges meetings and conferences
Receives, refers, and answers mail
Reviews drafts and finished documents for grammar usage
Uses work provided computer to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
Compiles, reviews, and analyzes data
Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
Driving a person vehicle to and from field construction office environment located one hour away from Idaho Falls (100%). Occasional work from office located in Idaho Falls may occur.
Additional driving time to transport office or other supplies to and from town office in a company provided vehicle.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist and sit for extended periods.
Regular standing, sitting, bending, and handling of hard copy files and documents.
Regular computer work.
Ability to move records boxes/records weighing up to 30 pounds, and stacks of paper weighing up to 20 pounds is essential.

Standard office equipment - PC, telephone (some use of personnel cell phone will be required) , copier, related equipment (100%)
Attendance:
Regular attendance mandatory (100%)
Overtime/work outside normal schedule required (20%)

Must take and pass a pre-employment drug and background check.
