Responsibilities

  • Consult and facilitate support to assist in the development and execution of organizational strategic plans.
  • Review the current strategic planning process and oversight program.
  • Review and update the strategic planning methodology and oversight approach that will serve as a guide for the development and monitoring program for future strategic plans and activities.
  • Facilitate the monitoring program in support of the Sponsor's strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop strategic goals and objectives and ensure that these activities align with the Sponsor's organizational strategic priorities.
  • Provide consultation to leadership teams and various stakeholders engaged in strategic initiatives, performance improvement activities, and project teams.
  • Document meeting minutes and action items from strategic off-sites, strategic initiative meetings, and other strategic meetings.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelors degree with 10-12 years of experience, Masters degree with 8-10 years of experience, PhD with 5-7 years experience or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating requirements and communicating potential issues related to technical or developmental projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying critical thinking on technical capabilities to ensure mission integrity, performance and reliability.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting technical meetings by gathering vendor technical documentation, taking meeting minutes and applying critical thinking to support problem solving programmatic issues.
  • Assist with the preparation of project plans.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
