Experience and Skills
Qualifications (General)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (advanced degrees a plus).
- Relevant experience in defense systems, radar technologies, or DoD program execution.
- Familiarity with Navy radar systems (AN/SPY-1, AEGIS, or similar) strongly preferred.
- Experience with DoD acquisition environments, including OTAs, depot sustainment, or digital engineering frameworks.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance (higher levels may be required for certain roles).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work across industry and government teams.
