Responsibilities
Professionals in intelligence analysis are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting intelligence information to support decision-making and strategic planning within organizations. They utilize their expertise in information gathering, critical thinking, and problem-solving to assess threats, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Typical responsibilities include collecting and evaluating intelligence data from various sources, such as open-source information, human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), and imagery intelligence (IMINT), and synthesizing and analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Intelligence analysis roles also involve producing intelligence reports, briefings, and assessments to communicate findings and recommendations to decision-makers and stakeholders, and collaborating with internal and external partners, such as law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and private sector organizations, to share intelligence and collaborate on joint initiatives. Additionally, professionals may be involved in conducting threat assessments, risk analyses, and vulnerability assessments to support security planning and mitigation efforts. Their expertise in areas such as threat analysis, risk assessment, and intelligence tradecraft enables organizations to anticipate and respond effectively to emerging threats and challenges, protect assets and personnel, and achieve strategic objectives.
You are responsible for leading individual projects, people, or technical/functional solutions. As an employee, you: Work on advanced problems or assignments of large scope, impact, and importance, applying broad and deep knowledge of professional specialty and business dynamics. Work on assignments in multiple business or technical areas; apply advanced concepts and understanding of policies, procedures, and techniques. Build and maintain effective relationships for customer service and project support; demonstrate initiative and proactively identify and communicate needs. Influence at the team or department level; participate in policy and procedure development. Receive general supervision, apply seasoned judgment autonomously.
Specifically, you will provide strategic intelligence analysis and modeling & simulation support to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). In this role, you will analyze trends and bring creativity to informing the next generation of models and analysis to ensure that capabilities under development by TSA are best equipped to mitigate current and future threats from a rapidly evolving adversary.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience with the current and emerging transportation security adversary landscape as well as its implications for TSA's security capabilities and operations.
- Demonstrated experience researching data sources (classified and unclassified), conducting all-source strategic analysis, and delivering classified briefings
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Access
Senior Level
- Demonstrated experience applying structured analytic techniques to inform risk modeling
- Demonstrated experience conducting structured outreach with Intelligence Community (IC) experts
- Bachelor's degree + 6 Years of experience or Master's Degree + 4 years of experience
Mid Level
- Experience with the current and emerging transportation security adversary landscape as well as its implications for TSA's security capabilities and operations.
- Experience researching data sources (classified and unclassified), conducting all-source strategic analysis, and delivering classified briefings
- Bachelor's degree + 4 years of experience or Master's degree + 2 years of experience

- Project management certifications such as Certified Scrum Master or Project Management Professional
