The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse environment with key customers for the storage, maintenance and shipping of equipment/product. Depending upon equipment/product assignment, responsible for interacting with and communication with customers. Manages daily activities of direct reports. Responsible for warehouse, vehicles and staff.
• Establishes, organizes and maintains warehouse area for shipping, receiving and staging of equipment/product per applicable policies and procedures, both internal and client-established.
• Processes shipment entries and bookings; coordinates dock schedules with local agents and carriers and maintains all tracking details.
• Ensures that orders, fulfillment, inbound receipts and outbound shipments are processed per applicable policies and procedures; completes work log documentation for billing of added work.
• Conducts daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly cycle counts; manages and completes special warehouse projects as directed.
• Completes all required paperwork associated with daily activities, including for assigned personnel.
• Receives and Mangers break-fix tickets in ServiceNow for a variety of clients hardware supported.
• Alerts and facilitates the coordination of components needed to service for repairs, including providing updates to the Inventory Management System for a variety of IT HW devices supported.
• Ensures equipment have barcodes/asset tags and that barcode label is accurate and readable.
• Maintains a full understanding of systems (e.g., creating and processing a shipment in Inventory Management System (IMS), Warehouse Management System, etc
• Oversees and ensures facility cleanliness and maintenance.
• Supports the development and execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across teams.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned by management.
