Overview
The Vice President of Program Management will play a critical role in overseeing the contract delivery operations under the Cyber, Technology & Operations Business Unit. This role involves providing comprehensive business and operational support across all contracts, including operations and maintenance (O&M), customer satisfaction, invoicing, profit and loss (P&L) management, and driving organic growth. The VP will be responsible for the overall management and success of the Operations division

Responsibilities
Operational Support:

· Act as the primary liaison with Sr. Directors in the division, Contracting Officer Representative, Technical Points of Contact, Site Leads and On-site Project Managers to ensure contract scopes and delivery milestones are met within acceptable parameters, maintaining budgetary controls

· Interface directly with Government Points of Contact (POCs) to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

· Oversee and guide Site Leads and Project Managers to ensure effective program execution.

· Participate in and contribute to weekly and monthly status meetings; monitor and report on program progress.

· Mentor and develop Project Managers within the division to prepare them for advanced responsibilities.

· Aid in the pursuit of organic growth and new business opportunities in collaboration with the SVP, Cyber, Technology & Operations; Business Development and Capture representatives.

· Contribute to the development and review of proposals, workload breakdowns, and cost estimations

· Serve as Site Lead or Project Manager on contracts as needed



Supervision and Reporting:

· Reports to the SVP, Cyber, Technology & Operations

· Directly supervises Project Managers and Site Leads across various contracts



Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field is required

o DoD 8570.01-M IAT II certification is desirable

o Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required

o CISSP or equivalent certification is preferred

o Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal Government IT and Network operations

o Proven experience managing multiple technical projects of varying complexity and size

o Strong background in opportunity identification, customer engagement, and proposal support activities

o Experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) for diverse contracts is highly desirable

o Familiarity with standard practices and procedures for new and organic business growth

o Excellent problem-solving and critical reasoning skills

o Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written, with strong research and documentation abilities

o DoD Secret Clearance or higher is required
