The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team automates business processes in audit, divestiture, business process engineering, and quality of life improvements for the Army FM community. RPA is a form of business process automation in which the developer produces a list of actions to automate a task, and software bots execute those actions.

Responsibilities
- Research and gather information related to technology and software systems.
- Write and edit technical content such as user manuals, online help guides and software documentation.
- Use clear and concise language that is easy to understand for end-users.
- Work with technical subject matter experts to understand complex technical topics and translate them into user-friendly content.
- Organize and structure content in a logical and easy-to-follow manner.
- Test and validate documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate and communicate with project teams to ensure documentation is created and delivered on time.
- Keep documentation up-to-date as software systems change and evolve.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS or MA/MS degree and 3 to 10 years of experience
- An active federal SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter
- Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy
