Responsibilities:
· Performs complex and advanced architecture work in design, evaluation, planning, testing and operation in support of system development, engineering analysis and research.
· Leads in the integration of processes and methodologies to ensure the performance of the total system.
· Works directly with senior technical personnel, program managers, and external organizations in the planning, oversight, execution, and evaluation of multiple complex technical solutions related to a program's system and technical product development.
· Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of scientific principles and practices in broad areas across one or more technical disciplines.
· Maintains a liaison role for technical matters with staff and customers and acts independently on technical issues within his/her field of expertise.
· Will support the ATO and accreditation processes.
· Advise on planning, directing, and managing specific complex IT/AV capabilities and comprehensive IT/AV design packages, create database architecture diagrams, infrastructure schematic drawings, detailed network, block connect, wireline diagrams, rack elevation diagrams and configuration management plans.
· Management of baseline and future-state stakeholder requirements gathering process for specific IT/AV capabilities in projects similar in size and scope.
· Use of software programs (i. e. CAD, Vizio, Bluebeam, etc.).
· Expected to work in cross-team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and executive demonstrations/presentations.
Required Skills
· Active TS or SCI and eligible for Poly
· 13+ years’ experience with Federal Government IT/AV systems.
· Experience with Planning, directing, and managing specific complex IT/AV capabilities and comprehensive IT/AV design packages, create database architecture diagrams, infrastructure schematic drawings, detailed network, block connect, wireline diagrams, rack elevation diagrams and configuration management plans.
· Management of baseline and future-state requirements gathering process for specific IT/AV capabilities in projects similar in size and scope.
· Significant experience with capability specific tracking of software programs (i.e. CAD, Vizio, etc.).
· Experience gathering requirements, cross-team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and executives
