DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:
All Points is seeking an entry/early career level Value Added Reseller (VAR) account manager to procure/resell hardware, software, goods and services in accordance with specifications and requirements established by client or technical personnel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare bids and proposals, supporting spreadsheets comparisons, recommendations, and justifications.
- Assist in bid openings and obtain telephone quotes when indicated.
- Monitor vendor performance with regard to delivery schedules, quality of service and competitiveness of pricing.
- Review, approve and process purchasing requests such as purchase requisitions and purchase orders for goods or services to ensure compliance with the company's purchasing procedures.
- Interact with vendors and departments regarding procurement procedures and status of orders.
- Maintain records in accordance with established policies and procedures and audit guidelines.
- Manage an effective information systems delivery and support organization with appropriate skills, organization structure and direction to satisfy current and future client information needs.
- Develop deep strategic relationships with business partners that enable IT sales and establish delivery mechanisms.
- Assist Account Executives with bids, proposals, and procurements.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in business desired with three or more years' experience in similar positions.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 3 - 5 Years

- Strong knowledge of quality control, procurement process and government contract requirements.
- Strong desire to learn and contribute in a team-based environment.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
